Your donation today helps us continue to build greater capacity among our patients to navigate the web of services they need to achieve their goals, find stable housing, gain skills for employment, or reunite with a family member.
$25 – Provides 5 Street Care Kits to our patients
Street Care Kits are a great way for us to make a connection with our patients while offering essential health and hygiene needs like: bandages, Purell, condoms, Wound Care education, hydration mixes and more.
$100 – Provides Extreme Weather Support
Severe weather gear is preventative health care. We mitigate preexisting conditions from worsening or becoming life threatening, and the illnesses caused from surviving outside during winter storms, heat waves, and wildfire smoke.
$250 – Provides Peer Support and Resource Coordination
Provides patients with peer to peer support necessary for navigating Portland’s healthcare systems and the resources they need to access the care they deserve.
$500 – Provides Community Health Education
Helps bring 72 Community Health Education workshops a year. These workshops train patients living outside how to care for wounds and prevent and respond to overdose for themselves and their neighbors.
$1,000 – Provides Street Medicine General Rounds
Our teams meet people where they are - connecting with patients to attend to wounds, administer vaccines, provide survival supplies, and support people as they navigate Portland’s healthcare systems.
$2,500 – $5,000 Invest in our future!
Major donations like these are investments into our future, providing our programs the sustainability they need for our teams to continue to show up consistently week after week, year after year.
